Who we are

The WHO Collaborating Centres are institutions designated by the Director–General of the WHO to contribute and support WHO in its programs and activities within member-states.

What we do

Our mandate is to contribute to strengthening country resources by way of providing information, research and training in line with WHO goals.

Where we work

Our work covers countries in Sub-Sahara Africa. The centre is situated in Accra, the capital of Ghana where all daily and official duties take place.
